I need a 3G2 converter for use with my VX8600

What do you folks use?

I'm looking for something stable, and relatively simple to use for converting WMVs, MP4s, AVIs, etc. to the 3G2 format, which is the only format Verizon's firmware for this phone will support.

I've found a number of products on the 'net, but am concerned about spyware, trojans, and viruses that may be contained therein.

Please advise; freeware is preferred, but if the software warrants it, I'd pay.

Make sure you get it from someone who tryed it, because I was looking for the same thing and downloaded one on saturday now my computer is all screwed up lol. My virus program has found 3 viruss' but its still got some.

I use a piece of software that actually rips my DVDs to 3g2 format files. Try this out, it is a little pricey, but definitely worth it! SlySoft Products | Copy Movie DVDs with AnyDVD and CloneDVD
