Just wondering...

Can anyone explain what IN calling minutes and Promotional minutes - I know the bill is easier to read - but I am not clear what these items mean on the bill. I do not want to hang on the phone for however long it takes to find the answer - I was on hold with piped music for 40 minutes the other day and don't have the time to do that again. I would appreciate any info that you could give me.

Not necessarily. Promotions vary from region to region. You are describing "Nights and Weekends". Promotional minutes could also refer to the free bundles of minutes given to some secondary share plan lines on older rate plans. Somewhere on your bill there should be a very specific description of the promotions in place on your account (usually in the margin on the 2nd page).
