Roadrunner/outlook express w/700w verizon

This is my very first PDA/smartphone and the e-mail
end is giving me a huge headache (due to the fact I don't know what I'm doing) .

Anyway, I have road runner cable internet service at my residence with outlook express as my e-mail program and Verizon as my cell carrier. Is there any way to set up the 700w to be able to send/retreive e-mail using this set up? I just got the 700w last week and would like to be able to send/retrieve e-mail while away from the house. Is this even possible?

Is there another way to do this?

Also, has anyone ever used the verizon VZWMAIL service? Does the use of this for outgoing e-mail cost extra per e-mail. I have the unlimited data package for the palm 700w.

Just set up wireless sync on your Treo. Since you already have the PDA Data Feature on your 700w, you can do this for free.

Go to https://www42.wirelesssync.vzw.com/en/logon.asp to start the process. It is very easy to do, just "3 clicks" and it's done.

I did that last night and it worked for incoming mail but I cant
figure out how to send. I dont see anytype of "send" feature
on the sync list or "mail' screen. Any ideas?
