I will get VM's now and then without the phone ringing....I think this is from the phone going in\out of service in my office. Is there any way to turn on VM stamps, so it tells me when the VM was made?

Log in to your VM, then navigate to "administrative options" and changed the "Time and Date settings" to "on".
