Problems With Texting Need Help Please!

Ok for the past few days when ever i try to get a picture text or send one out it cannot connect but sometimes it will connect and when i call verizon about it they say they cant do nothing about it that its something wrong with my phone.. is it something i might of touchedi nt he service menu or something that would cause this and if so can some one help me out here...

I bet you just cancelled V-Cast! If so, you are probably missing a feature that allows you to send and receive Pix messages. Just call Verizon customer service and have them put it back on. If you did not just cancel V-Cast, then there is something else going on and you probably need to go to a Verizon store to resolve it.

yeah i did cnacel v cast but would that really cause a problem because i thought pix messaging and stuff like that had nothing to do with V cast... i just dont want V cast because thats a extra 15$ to my bill that I really dont need lol

you can PIX message without vcast... just call VZW customer service and explain - they've seen it before

When V-Cast is cancelled, there is a "filler" feature that should take it's place. Many times (read: most of the time) Customer Service Reps forget to put that feature in. No big deal on our end, it's just a pain for you, because you now have to make another call.
