On my THIRD Krzr!!!

Had the Krzr since Nov. and I'm already on #3. Never been dropped or mishandled, just crappy Verizon software. Bad part is, I lost all my pictures that I ha taken with phone #2. What are my options if this keeps happening?

What has been the problem with the phones software?

The front screen turns on and off by itself. By itself, not a big deal but with my first phone, it led to the phone freezing up and being useless. Second phone started doing the same thing, took it to VZW guy looked at for 2 mins, then said "You need a replacement" Called Motorola customer service and they said Verizon disabled to ability to do a master reset!! WTF!!? Oh well...thats verizon for ya! Other than that, great phone!

If they keep failing, ask Verizon what your options are. The manager will let you know what those are.
