You obviously have no idea what your talking about,
text packages vary from time to time depending on the region your in, however. The text packages $10 and higher only apply to members outside of verizons network as you may send unlimited v2v text/pix/flix messages. So the only way it will increse your cost is if you go over your package amount i.e. 250/500 etc.

Yup, you are right and I was wrong. VZW customer service explained to me (after I posted my intial ASSumptions) that cost for overage or non-VZW txts will remain at 0.10 if you're already on a txt message package.

That's good to know. I have to look at my last bill a little closer. I could've swore they were trying to charge me .15 a message and I def already have a plan. grr...
