Yup. I'm new. My name is Tom and I live down here in lovely southern Maryland. I just got my new Samsung i730 activated yesterday but I'm having a few problems. I just though I would start online before I go and complain to Verizon.
1. Bluetooth won't sync with phone
2. I am paying for broadband internet on it, but THAT won't work either (asking for a lot of information that I don't have)
3. Can't seem to get it sync'd to my PC
Any thoughts/suggestions?
