i730 Sync and Internet issues

Yup. I'm new. My name is Tom and I live down here in lovely southern Maryland. I just got my new Samsung i730 activated yesterday but I'm having a few problems. I just though I would start online before I go and complain to Verizon.

1. Bluetooth won't sync with phone
2. I am paying for broadband internet on it, but THAT won't work either (asking for a lot of information that I don't have)
3. Can't seem to get it sync'd to my PC

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Call Verizon's Data Tech Support @ 800-922-0204, option 3. They will be able to help you.

There's a few more questions that need to be asked before a solution can be provided.

What software are you using to try and sync things?
Are you pairing the phone with the computer successfully?

If you're paying for internet on the phone and it doesn't work. Do what paul said and make sure they have it activated on your account. I had an issue with this initially.

Also, what kinda car do you have? haha
