please help with daughters text msg
Please help me!! Verizon advised me that I could go to vtext.com to view text msgs my daughter has deleted from her phone from the past 6 months. I can't figure out how to find them on that page. Does anyone know how?

Verizon said that? I have never seen an interface on vtext that would allow that... I think the rep you talked to was trying to give you hope (and was a little clueless)... the only interface I've even seen dumps after 5 days or when the text is read.

As I stated in the instant message, I sincerely hope that Verizon's own customer service didn't tell you that. They certainly know better. The reps in our corporate stores should know better as well. There is no way to review deleted text messages. Further, the only text messages you can review on vtext.com are those messages sent using vtext.com, and as Jeanie said, those only stay on for 5 days. Sorry.

Yes, Verizon did advise me that this was possible. After some research ( and talking w/ a tenant of mine that works for Verizon) I have found that the only was to see deleted texts is to have Verizon send them to me in print. The privacy laws in place prevent me from viewing them online. Thanks for all of your help.
