voice mails automatically deleted

LG VX3300 just had it re-activated w/new contract and noticed that voice mails are automatically deleted after first listen.
anybody know how to fix it so i can play them back a second time if needed?

If the voice mails are older than 30 days, they will automatically delete after listening to them the first time.

I am not referring to "saved messages". I am referring to unretreived messages. Messages that sit in your VM box for longer than 30 days before you finally listen to them. You will hear a message advising that the messages will be automatically deleted after you listen to them.
