Blackberry Pearl for Verizon?
Does anyone know if Verizon is going to offer the Blackberry Pearl that Cingular currently offers exclusively?

That's the downside to a provider's "exclusive" arrangements with phone manufacturers. A CDMA version of the Pearl is not likely to ever make it into Verizon's lineup. Verizon just introduced (Business Sales and Online only right now, Retail will get it on 5/28) the BlackBerry 8830 (CDMA/GSM International BlackBerry). It is essentially the same form factor as T-Mobile's BB8800.

yeh, by time that agreement runs out there will be a newer phone available anyway and there wouldn't be any sense in making a CDMA version.
