Ringtone Problems??????

I have an samsung a-990 and i was able to make my own ringtones and send it over the email to my phone but not anymore.....

i read that some people have a problem with krzr's 2

anybody knows what going on

i tried as qcp files
midi
and mp3 non of them work i received the file but u can not set it as a ringtone or what ever

anyone knows the solution and whats the max size that u can set the ringtone 2,,,, i was able to make it about 55 sec just reduce the quality now even 15 sec ringtones wont work

Yea tonethis worked the only problem with this problem is that u cant send the ringtones to any1 else it say unsuported attachment
weird or is it only my phone

question: do you need to have the web on the phone to do this?

i am not paying for the web. is it still possible to use this method to get ringtones on the phone?
