    I am also curious to know if Verizon Wireless can retrieve text and [COLOR=#CC9933 ! important][COLOR=#CC9933 ! important]picture [COLOR=#CC9933 ! important]messages[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] that have been deleted?
    With a court order this can be done. If so, do the pictures actually show up or will they be in a code? How long does the information stay in verizon data base? Thank you in advance

    I didnt delete the message from my droid but when I went to locate an old message, I realized it had dropped off.is there anyway to view old messages that have dsropped off?

    No they cannot retrieve anything more than five days old....don't waste your money on a subpoena!
