TXT Question

I have an old non-flip style Motorola phone, and I plan on getting a new phone soon, and the rest of my family needs phones too, but I'm the only one who wants the txt messenger plan (where it's unlimited to the IN network). Is it possible for just ONE person out of a group to get that feature, and how much extra per month would it cost?
