Everytime I try to transfer and sync the music from my laptop to my VX8600, it shows the pix below.....confused, since I did one sccuessfully like a month ago.....

I would disconnect the phone and then restart the phone but you need to connect the device before you turn the computer on. You should see some message pop-up that Windows has detected a new device. You first need to go to Get It Now Get Tunest and Tones and select sync. It should say "connected". Then try synching hte songs. If not you may need a new driver or go to a dealer.
