VX8600 Screen Problems...

Okay... soo after I got my phone I started to realize that my main screen is slightly discolored - it didn't bother me that much.

Then one day at work I picked up my phone and BAM my outer screen was all ****ed up... not like it had been dropped or anything [it's never been dropped, etc], but like.. idk, it just doesn't appear right. The lines are all *screwed* up, etc.

Anyways, I got this phone at the end of May. At the place I work at a lady said her daughter had the SAME problem with the SAME phone... She said it was recalled or something b/c the heat produced by the battery messed up the screen?

Well.. I was wondering how I would go about getting a new phone [if that was possible?] and if I could really get a different phone? I don't want this same phone if this problem is going to keep reoccuring! I would GLADLY take my old slow RAZR back over this!

did you try taking it back to the store?

Not yet.. nearest store is ~hour away, and it's a hassel to go up there.

I was just wondering what would/could be done before I actually made the haul up there.

that happened to me too. but now i got a new phone and now it wont play my music
