Verizon Service

How would you rate it on a scale of 1-5? 5 being the high end of the scale.

What would you say you like the best about their service and what do you dislike about their service?

I would rate the service 10+

I like the fact that virtually no matter where I travel, I have service. I have been with Verizon for 8 years now, since they were Airtouch, and have never found another provider who can compete with Verizon's network. I like them so much, I went to work for them 10 months ago.

If I have to come up with a dislike, it would be that the phones are missing some key personalization features. However, since I went to work for the company, I have realized why the phones are thusly crippled. I also have learned the simple ways around some of the features.

There are several posts on here that relate to Verizon. Check them out. As I said in one of them, I have been with Verizon for about 13 years now. Ever since they were Bell Atlantic Mobile. I have no complaints. My service has always been good. Any time I have a problem and call customer service, they are very helpful. Last time we were coming up for renewal we did look around a bit just to see what else was out there. We discovered Verizon was the best. Some of the other plans "look" cheaper. Then you look at some of the stuff their monthly charge does not include and you realize Verizon is the better deal. I also have a signal 99.9999999% of the places I go. I have not had a problem with placing or receiving calls. I'll stick with them unless something major changes.
