text messaging help...

Hey everybody, this is my first post! Anyhow, my wife and I both have identical LG vx8300 phones, and here lately shes been getting alot of text messages from a male "Friend". She is very secretive and jumpy about it, and she deletes them asap. I have seen a few of them before she had a chance to delete them, but I would like to see them all. I wouldnt have any concern about it, but the ones I did get a chance to read made alarms go off, not to mention when I would ask her a question about it (with her not knowin i knew what they said) she straight up lied. Is there a way to be able to recover deleted text messages? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be pretty hard to get erased messages from the device, and you probably won't get any help from Verizon, either. I do believe that Verizon does log messages for a certain period, but you would need a subpoena to view those records. I'm not sure what else to tell you

Second that...used to work in wireless, and it's almost impossible (especially in cases like this) to get SMS records.

My opinion is to sneak her phone when you can and check the incoming and outgoing messages.
