Verizon Contract Question

Is it true that if verizon cannot produce the contract which you signed you can only be held for 1 year on their service?

Humm.. where did you hear that? It's gotten me curious.

Since Verizon uses electronic signature capture for all contracts and can very quickly produce a copy, even at the store level, it is really not a concern you will ever have to worry about.
