Contrary to popular chatter, the KRZR is quite sturdy. My first KRZR DID get the glass cracked from being in my hubby's pocket and fighting keys for space.
The one I have now (that I retired until further notice due to a kick@$$ Voyager) has been dropped and THROWN multiple times, and no cracks, no scratches, nothing. On the back where the battery cover is there is one ding, but you gotta look to find it.
