Cell Phone Problem!!!!!!!! please help me!

My phone is screwing up. Half of my pictures on my cell phone just disappeared. So did my videos, and music. I didn't do anything to my phone at all. I even put my memory card into the computer and nothing was in the folders. not even the pictures that were left on my phone. every time I get a phone, it screws up. I NEED HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!! please write me back if you know what the problem is. PLEASE!!!

you can also call customer service, and ask them what they think. . .verizon's customer service is quick, and very helpfull.
