Problems With Voicemail!

I think this is a very funny story.

My friend recently got a cell phone from verizon. Apparently, he set up his voicemail password at like 4 am cuz some 1 left him a voicemail. Well, obviously at those hours all you can think of is sleep, and he cant remember what his password was.


We have tried everything we can think of: his birthday, his address, 1234, 0000 and even tried like straight down the phone 2580.. buut nothing works. lol he says he probabaly fell asleep and his face hit 4 random buttons. :-P obviously we need help.


Is there any way to reset the voicemail password? Or any easy thing we can do??

u can do one of 2 things. dial *611 + send and follow the prompts to reset vm password. or go into ur local store and ask them to reset the password for u. once reset u can change later
