About charging my phone up for the first time.

Ok, so I think I'm getting my LG Voyager delivered tomorrow via FedEx, and I was wondering about charging it for the first time. Now it's said that you should let it charge fully first before use. Now, does that mean I can't use it at all? Like, can I mess around with it while its charging? Or does it mean not to even turn it on? Thanks!

sure, messing with the phone while it's plugged in won't hurt the battery.

also best thing u can do for the battery is to let it run most the way down before connecting to a charger.. when u do charge it make sure to try and unplug it when the charging is complete.

Every battery I replace for a customer I always ask them how they charge their phone. Responses: " I plug it in every night before I go to bed"

This is simply my belief, but I feel that extended periods on the charger when the phones have a full battery is hard on the battery.
