Will I get $150 off???

Ok so my chocolate phone( old kind ) broke and I have insurance and I was wondering since this is the 2nd time it broke if they will just let me get 150 off another phone because I woulndt think they would have it in stock and since I paid 150 september 06 when I got my first one.
