International Text Mesages

Hi Everyone
I have a question and I am hoping you can help. I recently changed from an LG4500 (really old phone) to an LG VX8350. On my older phone I was able to receive international txt messaages without a problem, but now on my new phone I can send international txt but not receive them. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

Can your friend's phone send international texts? Maybe that's why you can't receive them? I haven't texted any of my international friends so I don't have much experience in this area. Sorry I couldn't help more.
