I just added a line to a Nationwide Family plan, the 2100 minute one with unlimited IN calling. Problem is whenever I call one of the other lines in my family plan I'm getting charged anytime minutes (according to #646, 611 and My Account Online)... I got this line because I was sure these calls would be counted as IN calling and be free. It seemed to count them as IN calls for the first week. Verizon support just keeps telling me to wait for the monthly statement before they can help. Is this normal? will my usage estimate fix itself in a few days? I'm calling from CA to MI; both cell phones have MI numbers. Does this have something to do with roaming? Do they think I have a "fixed wireless device" (I have an LG VX6100 cell phone) because I only use it in the same area? This is driving me nuts; I can't afford to be stuck with a huge bill at the end of the month if these are all going to be charged as anytime minutes.

Re: IN calling using anytime minutes?
In calls are logged but not charged. The only thing that is supposed to be charged is PEAK minutes that is not called Verizon cell to Verizon cell.
You can watch your minutes on VerizonWireless.com if you set up an account. When you open "My Account", it shows how many minutes used of your shared account since the last billing cycle.
