30 day policy

How painful (if at all) is it to return a phone after you try it out for 30 days or whatever they allow?

I'm up for a new phone next friday. I've been drooling over the Voyager since they came out and was all about getting one....until I saw the Glyde. Now I'm thinking about getting the Glyde and if I don't like it, i'll return it and get the Voyager.

Thanks

You can return it no questions asked within the 30 days--not painful at all.

If you can stand the large size of the Voyager, don't bother looking at the Glyde. Well, you should look and draw your own conclusion.

The two biggest problems I have with the Glyde are a problem with the browser and the lack of response to finger taps. The Glyde's browser won't play Youtube videos while the Voyager's will. They are both adverstised as full html browsers, but I guess the Glyde's is limited when it comes to streaming media. Sometimes the Glyde requires several taps before it will repsond.

Thanks for the feedback.

Thats too bad about the glyde. I really dig the slideout keyboard and size. I may still check it out but think i'll probably just go with the voyager. Leaning back that way now anyway. The size doesn't bother me too much as I currently carry around my chocolate and ipod touch.

Thanks again!

I checked out the glyde the other day and I think I'm going to give it a test run. The touch screen responded very well to my fingers and I really liked the feel of it. I wasn't real impressed with the browser (screen is too small) but I'm not overly concerned with that or youtube since I'm on a computer all day at work.
