Replacing phone with contract with a different phone.

Hi, I was just wondering - i just bought a new phone without a contract, is there any way verizon can replace all the information with the one I have now to my new phone and use that phone as the phone with the contract on it? sorry that sounds confusing. ill try to explain better if i can -- it's getting late lol
