Mobile Web 2.0


With Mobile Web 2.0 would I be able to access the internet and surf around? Go to Google.com and type in a search and so forth?

What's the difference between dataplans and unlimited mobile web 2.0?

I was wondering about the same thing. It is confusing. Now I know I need a smartphone to go to other websites, other than the designated Mobile ones.
