How will I be charged if I recieve a call from another cell phone (calling locally) but is an out of state number? Am I charged Long Dictance? Is there even a long distance charge when it comes to cell phones? Or are all calls based on minutes used regardless of location (other than roaming)? Thank you | ||||||

You will not be charged differently than if it was within the same State. As a matter of fact it can be an incoming international call & it will just be minutes. Posted via Mobile Device  | |||||||
