time for a new phone. camera, reception, battery,

Hi All
Its time for a new phone
my current phone is over 3 years old and is starting to not work so well.
Here is my wish list.
I want the very best robust strong clear reception.
With a long life battery
and a great camera 2mp or better that i can use to directly download pictures to my pc.
thats it.
no other bells or whisles.
dont care about style, or size, or color, or music or texting.
just great recption, taking great pictures, and not having to recharge all the time.

ps i dont want to have to pay to download pictures.
I heard some are like that.

PPS New requirement from my wife. its gotta have a big display and big easy to see numbers. so we dont have to fumble for glasses everytime we want to use the phone.
sounds like we may be leaning towards a larger candybar type phone.

LG 8350 or Motorola 755.
Is price and issue for you?

about the iphone
are you saying buy a used iphone?
will that work on verizon?
is there anything i need to look for when buying a used phone?

now that I think about it,
im leaning towards a bhand new not refurbished never been used before phone.

the lg 8350 sounds good, but the camera is only 1.3 mp and i heard some new phones hafe 3+mp cameras now.
thats what i want. a great camera. also with an internal antenna is the reception good? i ont care if i have to whip out an arial antenna, i want great reception.

the Motorola 755 looks good. there is a usb port on it which i like. the camera is a 1.3 mp but the price is very attractive.

The iphone can not be used on Verizon. It uses a different technology.

There is the samsung flipshot but I have come to find these dont have the best reception but it does have a 3mp camera. You could take a look at the new lg choco 3 it is a flip phone with a 2mp. Other than that not sure what else to tell you.
