Opinions on Continuity Marketing Service Reps

Newbie here with many descions.

Overview -- Husbands American Choice contract up for renewal.
Consindering renewing & adding 2 lines for me & son.

Each of us has different usage needs.

How are the Reps really? Will they oversell me on packages? If I do purchase too big of a package can it be downgraded without penalties?

Thanks to this forum I've learned that not all lines need to have the same features

Now I just want to be sure to retain the best overall package for our needs.

Sorry, but I am really dumb -- what is a corp. store rep? Is this the phone line or a position at a Verizon Retail store?
