I live in a DEAD ZONE! HELP!!!

The coverage at my house with my new phone is less that adequate, actually, it sucks. I spoke with a tech supervisor from Verizon and he told me that the area I live in is area that they know has issues, but without more of their customers complaining about it they cant do anything until much later, if ever. Its really bad because its not even out in the country or anything. Its just south of Charlotte, NC in a very populated area.

Please,if you have a spare 5 minutes, call *611 from your phone (its free) and complain about a dropped call or poor service in the area of Pineville, NC (zip 28134) by the crossing of Balantyne (pronounced Bal-in-tine)Commons Pkwy and Old Lancaster Hwy, or you can tell them the nieghborhood of Woodside Falls. They also know this area as Balantyne Crossings. Feel free to pass this on to anyone you know that has verizon and would be willing to help.

Thanks a lot.

Scott Webb

I would suggest finding another phone that will do what what you need it to do then.

Also the suggestion to have other call in about the problem well not a good idea. Reason being Verizon can see if you have actually made calls there. Hopefully people in the area do call.

I have personally tried the Dare and the Boulder (my current phone). My g/fs phone is a different model as is my dads, sisters, and moms. All with Verizon and none work (neither did the Verizon truck that came out to measure the coverage). BTW, it was the Verizon tech supervisor that suggested I post this to get more trouble tickets about the area, so im pretty sure its not a bad idea.
Thanks for the input.
