Suggestions for Verizon?

Is there anywhere in this forum that i can post suggestions for Verizon? Such as software and hardware changes for my phone. Will Verizon even take any suggestions seriously?

I'm not really complaining about anything. I just wanted to make some suggestions. I also go to Tivo Community forums and and they have a section on suggestions for Tivo. I just thought this forum might have a section like that. Or maybe one of the moderators can set that up and see how it goes. Just a suggestion

A suggestion form is a good idea, but no one from vzw management would read it. If you have ideals and suggestions, call customer service 800-922-0204, a custome service rep can fill out a form for you called "Voice of the Customer" which is then forwarded for somoene in the respected area or department to review.
