Signal Strength


Hi I live in byron, Michigan and would like to know what is the best verizon phone for signal strength

This is really hard to judge. I would stay away from the cheaper models aka the free phones. The LG 8350 has pretty good signal in low service areas, also more expensive phones like the Voyager do well as well.

all the phones put out the same wattage. if you are 10 miles from a tower LOS then you are SOL. get an amp with a steel roof mounted antenna and plug in some power.

Hi David,

I have the palm treo and LG8350 and I can tell you, I have to go outside to talk on my treo, but my LG works fine in the house anywhere. Don't know why???? I love the treo for my business and calendar and all my clients info but I don't get all my calls or I lose them in my home.

LG never lose a call, don't know why, which I could fix it but thats the way it is here.

I too recommend you the LG 8350.It has internal antenna but it pretty good phone for signal strength.
