Verizon ringtones help!!

okay so i got a samsung a930 off of ebay, and i got a memory card from radioshack. and i tried to download a ringtone but it said that i needed an update. so i downloaded it. and it says "this app already installed. insert the card used to download this app to upgrade or extend its liscense" and i am so lost.please help!

Remove the ringtone program from the phone, then dial *228 option 1. Turn the phone off and back on. Attempt to redownload the ringtone program.

if you do that ... you should take it to the store and show them what is wrong and get them to credit your account if you have to buy it again.

Yeah, I would have issues with having to buy a program (and pay for it) twice from the GIN catalog.

Another thing I've got to say, though. I've looked around the net about Samsung phones and they are about the least 'hackablest' phones alive.
