Automatic Text Message Archiving for Motorola W385 (Verizon)??

What happens when the memory gets full of text messages in either the Sent box, or the Inbox?

Is there a way to set it to delete sent messages over a month old? Or something like that?

Or do you have to manually delete them? I know you can delete in bulk, but I may want to keep the few most recent sent texts.

You can set your phone to auto delete older text messages when your phone runs low on memory. Go to Menu >> Messaging >> Settings >>All Messages >> Auto Erase >> Turn it on.

This will delete an old message as a new message comes in once your box is full, it just deleted an older message to allow the new message to come in.
