Is There A Way To Trick/Hack A Verizon Phone To Play VCast Clips On The 1x Network?

With Verizon, unlike some other CDMA carriers, you can't view the VCast Video clips when your on the 1x parts of their network. You can only view it on the EV-DO network. Which I understand why, because you can't hold both Voice and Data calls on 1x at the same time. But it is annoying when your in an area that has EV-DO, but it isn't working correctly; so your booted to the 1x network. So I was wondering if there is a way to trick or hack the phone so it with play VCast clips on the 1x data network? I know it is possible because when your watching a clip and you move from EV-DO to 1x, the clip will keep playing. So the network can handle this it is just Verizon that is limiting the feature.

So is there a way to use VCast clips on the 1x data network?

Its not possible. To my understanding its a limitation on the network so it doesn't get boged down.
