Problem Receiving Text Messages

I have been trying to send my boyfriend messages to his motorola w755 for about a week now and he isnt getting them but when I send him messages from online he receives them no problem. I get his messages and everyone I know with Verizon gets mine ok except for him. We both did *228 option 1 and both went to Verizon and it didnt fix our problem. Does any one have any suggestions what we can do?

You need to always do the standard troubleshooting steps...

*228 option 1 usually isn't used for troubleshooting. *228 option 2 is what you needed to do.

You also need to give Verizon Wireless a call at 1-800-922-0204 from a phone other than the mobile. Then get in touch with the technical support department. Then they will properly troubleshoot your issues. Eventually, if the issue can't be fixed, they will issue a troubleticket and have a technician in the area look at the area and the nearby towers and they will eventually get back to you. I recommend having your boyfriend there at the time so tests can easily be done.

Well, we have both called verizon its a little harder for us to be together because we live an h our apart. And I have restored my phone to factory settings hoping it would fix it and I think he was going to restore his phone to see if if would fix it ... think it will work ?

Guess that means... back to Verizon for the 3rd time this week.. i wish there was a simple way to fix it without having to deal with the Techs again.

ok, so my phone is verizon, and the other day it wouldnt get txts at all. i went on facebook, and had like 25 messages from people asking me why arnt i answering them...well, my phone wasnt receiving messages.
First try:
*powering down you cell, taking out the battery, and holding you power button(with out battery in) for about 15 seconds
Second option:
* call *228 fron you cell phone, and tell them whats going on, they also may tell you to call back at a certain number from a land line phone.
