Palm Centro vs. Palm 755p

I am looking to buy either an unlocked Palm Centro or a Palm 755p to use on my existing Verizon plan and am looking for recommendations on which model would be better. Any opinions on these, or where I can purchase one? I want a phone with PDA capabilities that I can use on my Verizon plan, and read in some phone reviews the Palm or Motorola have the best sound quality. I currently have a Palm PDA that I want to transfer information from, so I believe the Palm would allow that easier because of the same OS. I currently have an LG Chocolate that I want to replace, but my two-year plan doesn't expire until March, 2010 which is when I can replace it for free.
