Looking at Verizon...

Ok guys. My situation is....

I'm currently on Viaero Wireless (branch of cell1) and i am looking to get off of it. Now, My brother has a good friend that bought 2 new storms a month ago, and just hated Verizon in his area, so he terminated the contracts. But kept the phones. He said if we want them we can have em both for $100. So, What i am looking to do is get a new plan on verizon without buying a phone and just using the Storm as the phone.

Is this possible?

Devin

You will be required to get a data plan ($30), but since you're bringing your own device you don't need to sign a contract.

Re: Looking at Verizon...

This is very possible.

Just call Verizon Wireless to initiate service...they'll do it. You may still have up to a $35 activation fee per line.

Since it's a blackberry, you will have specific plan requirements (as follows):
Voice plan (minimum of $39.99) + data plan (of $30 or more). You can add other features as needed.
