Manually programming A-key?

Hi, I need some help. I have an LG VX8360, and I can't restore it without being unable to make calls. I get a machine telling me Verizon can't authenticate my phone. I took it in and had to get my A-key manually programmed, which fixed it. However, I'd like to be able to restore my phone in the future should something come up so I'd have to. Can someone tell me how I'd go about doing this? I have a copied A-key. All I need to know is the number code to access the screen for manually programming it in.

Thanks in advance.
