Time for new Verizon Phone. Any suggestions?

My RAZR-V3 is about 4 years old and Verizon has been bugging me about replacing it for quite some time. I like this phone so I've been turning them down but it may finally be time to consider making the move. I had read somewhere a year or so ago that there were ratings on phones based on the degree that phone/model specific emmisions may potentially be more or less likely to cause brain tumors after long term use. I know this sounds foolish to some of you but it's better to be safe than sorry. Anyway, the V3 was ranked among the least likely to cause damage on that list. Since I don't text, I'd at least like to see what the latest ratings are as the phone will be at my ear. If anyone knows where I can find this info on the latest phones, please reply with a website. Thanks.

I would like a phone that is all touch screen with a slide out keyboard.
Like the Samsung Rogue.
I just think the Rogue is too chunky... and maybe make it by LG.

There are a lot of websites that show SAR ratings for cellphones, e.g.,

You would have to look at the phones Verizon has to offer, and then match them with the findings on these websites.

Since you said that you do not text, your next question should be do you surf the web?
