International Charges

Ok, next week I am traveling to Japan and should have my Storm 2 by then, should arrive today. I do not need cell phone or data in Japan I might play with it while I am there, maybe connect using Wi-Fi at the office or taking some pictures. If I do that I shouldn’t end up with a huge bill so some sort of roaming should I. Since the sim card shouldn’t work with the providers there my thought I wouldn’t be charged but I thought I would check here before I left just in case.

I haven’t traveled before with a phone that could work on a foreign network so I don’t want to get myself into trouble.
