I have an odd situation.
My husband has a Driod and it was doing all sorts of crazy stuff and then stopped working all together so we swapped him to one of my BB's because he had to have a phone for work.
I am not ready to send it in with Asurion insurance but since we have to swap for a little while it does not give me that option.

How do I go about filing the claim for it since he would much rather have his Driod working than use a BlackBerry anymore?

Insurance covers physical damage or complete loss of the insured item. It does not cover maintenance. If the phone is still under warranty, you should use that avenue.

You could get it fixed by someone.
