Aircard signal Booster

I am currently living in Mexico part time. When here I am able to get great signal strength on my cell phone. But on my 3G Aircard the startup is slow and the speed is very slow. Is there a product that will allow the increase of startup and response time once the card is up and running. Doesn't seem to make anny sense as the phone works well.

I would move from a card to a tethered or hotspot connection to the phone. The only issue you would face here is keeping the phone charged, but you could do that with the tethered connection.
