I am on travel and my phone is not raoming here in South America, how can i get tech support through live chat?

You have to be more specific about the country, the phone you are using and whether you are trying to roam on a CDMA network or a GSM network. Except Venezuela and the nearby islands of Aruba and Curaçao, South America uses GSM exclusively for international roaming. You have to use a Verizon world phone with its included SIM card if you want to use GSM and still maintain your Verizon telephone number. This has to be arranged before you leave. If you are going to use a local SIM card, Verizon is not involved and you will get a local telephone number.
