    My little sisters virgin mobile phone was stolen, she is very sure she knows who it was and is reporting them to the office tommorow, she called the cell phone and the kid was dumb enough to answer and she new his voice.

    Even though she is reporting him tommorow thier is not gurentee she is going to get the phone back so if she does is it possible to make it so the theif can not use the phone?

    It is one that you buy a card for every month.

    Call Virgin CS and have them deactivate the phone/Block the ESN.

    Where do I find the ESN at? If it is only located on the cell phone then we have no way of getting the ESN

    ....good point.... but I bet they can get that info based on the phone # assigned to it....

    What does this mean?? I called up the phone and it said the pcs telephone number you have dialed is temporarily not in service.
