Use cell phones like a land line

I want to use cell phones only and get rid of land line. Is there a device that allows my wife and I to talk to the caller at the same time like on a land line with extensions?

I answered my own question. It is done by use of a docking station which cradles the cell phone and connects to your land line wiring.
