Nobody can resolve my issues (contract related). This has been going on for 5 months. Customer services calls back leaves a message no phone number no extension so I have to call back and go through several people and offices and nobody can give me a straight forward answer. This morning I have been transfered from the Northern ontario office to the new brunswick office to the PEI office and the whole time I want to speak to someone from the toronto office. Than I read on there website about a JD Power customer service award and I wonder what kind of nonsense. These guys make rogers and bell look like customer service gods. On a positive note, I'm loving Koodo.

Did you ever get your issues resolved?
